Your agreement with us
By using this website or booking a consultation you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use the service
You must be 18 or over, physically located in the United Arab Emirates, and able to provide a valid Emirates ID. You must give accurate and complete answers in your health assessment — a clinician relies on them to prescribe safely.
This is not an emergency service
Do not use this website for a medical emergency. Call 998 or go to your nearest emergency department. We do not monitor messages continuously.
Clinical decisions
Any shortlist this website shows you is based on your own answers and is not a prescription. Only a DHA-licensed clinician can prescribe, and they may decide that no medicine is appropriate for you. That decision is final and clinical, and your medication payment will be immediately refunded in full. The consultation fee compensates your licensed physician for their professional evaluation and medical review.
Prices and payment
Medication prices in the UAE are set by regulation and are identical at every pharmacy. Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Online assessments and standard delivery are free. Prescription orders include an official DHA physician consultation fee of AED 150 covering your doctor’s dedicated clinical review, video consultation, and e-prescription protocol. Repeat orders are charged each time they ship, never in advance, and you can skip or cancel at any time.
Delivery
We deliver across all seven emirates in temperature-controlled, discreet, unmarked packaging. No medication is dispensed or shipped until your consultation and physician approval are complete. Delivery arrives same-day in Dubai and within 24 hours across all other emirates.
Returns and refunds
Under UAE health regulations and safety laws, prescription medicines cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been dispatched. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our clinical care team immediately and we will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
Your account
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for ensuring that all medical intake details provided under your account are true and complete.
Clinical liability
Medical consultations, assessments, and prescriptions are provided by licensed physicians in full compliance with UAE Medical Liability Law and Dubai Health Authority clinical standards. Peak Prime Health maintains comprehensive medical malpractice licensure and clinical indemnity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
